Overview

The Midwich Price and Stock Checker is designed to enable you to quickly lookup prices and stock levels using the inbuilt functionality of your browser. By highlighting a part number on a manufacturer or competitor web site, you can quickly compare it against the pricing on the Midwich site. If the search item is referenced on the Midwich website against any part, those parts are displayed in descending price sequence. In this way, if you enquire on a printer part number, the printer will be at the top of the list and any consumables and warranties that specifically mention the search term will be shown below.

Installation Guide

• Read all of these installation steps before you start.
• Click here to download the installation program.
• Run the installation program either as you download it or from where you stored it as you downloaded it.
• Close all of your Microsoft Internet Explorer windows.
• Start up Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To try your new search tool, go to your favourite vendor's website, highlight a model number, right click on the highlighted area and choose the "Midwich Price Check" option. A window will open displaying matching product details on the Midwich website.

User Guide

When using Internet Explorer you can highlight a part number or other distinguishing text on the screen and using the right click drop-down menu select the "Midwich Price Check" option. A new window will popup and you will then be taken straight to the product search page displaying matches on the search term used. If you are not logged in you will be asked to do so.

Step By Step User Guide

Step 1: Visit your favourite vendor's website and highlight a model number.

Step 2: Right click on the highlighted area and choose the "Midwich Price Check" option.

Step 3: A new window will popup which takes you straight to the product search page displaying matches on the search term used.
