You will need the following information to hand * Customer Name * Email Address * Product Model Number * Serial Number * Details of the fault * Total Hours Used * Date of Purchase If Equinox advise they are unable to fix the fault they will issue a returns authorisation number. A warranty Lamp will then be issued Free Of Charge.
