You will need the following information to hand: * Contact name * Telephone number * Company name * Make * Model * Part number * Serial number * Date of purchase * Supplier (distributor/reseller) * Details of the fault You will be contacted by a Displaylite engineer to investigate the fault. If the item needs to be returned to Displaylite an RMA number will be issued, along with packing and shipping instructions via email.
