About the Role

We are looking for a proactive sales individual with a passion for cinema design and AV technology, to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful person will have the opportunity to join a thriving, compact team to assist in the design and quotation of luxury home cinemas for our customers across our complete product set.

What you will be doing in this role

• System specification.
• Cinema Design.
• Identify new dealer opportunities for sales.
• Develop and deepen relationships with our dealers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and product knowledge.
• Generate customer quotes.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone or email.
• Build and follow up on pipeline opportunities.
• Promote Pulse Cinemas value added services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers.
• Invite dealers to events and demonstrations.
• Awareness and promotion of product updates, special offers, future event dates.
• Support achievement of sales targets.
• Process custom sales orders.
• First stage complaints handling.
• Attend Pulse Cinema and Industry Events.
• Analyse monthly and quarterly sales and pipeline reports with senior management.
• Regular communication with our brand representatives.

What you will bring to the role

• Proven industry and product knowledge.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
• Confident, calm and friendly manner.
• Team oriented approach.
• Proficient in Office 365, including Word and Excel.
• Self-reliant and self-motivated.
• Flexibility and commitment.
