About the Role
From tours by Ed Sheeran, Stormzy and Oasis to major sporting events at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Twickenham, this role puts you at the heart of live events as our new Assistant Account Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the Live Events and Live Technology industry, by providing essential support to the Account Management team, playing a proactive role in supporting customer relationships, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth operational processes across sales activities. Over time, this role will involve taking ownership of customer relationships and contributing directly to our business growth.
What you will be doing in this role
• Assist in the management and resolution of customer issues, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Support pricing, quotations, and stock management under guidance from the Account Manager or LIVE external/specialist
• Maintain and update CORE and other Midwich CRM systems, ensuring customer and order information remains accurate.
• Review and proactively action daily operational reports, including allocated orders not picked and back orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of specific customer accounts and relationships where appropriate.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to support customers and improve processes.
• Develop strong product knowledge, particularly across key live technology and AV brands.
• Assist with order processing where required.
• Cover Account Manager responsibilities during short-term absences.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to team or company objectives.
