About the Role
We are looking for a Vendor Claims Administrator to join our Finance Shared Services team! This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave.
This vacancy plays a key role in supporting the effective processing and management of vendor claims, ensuring all related documentation is handled accurately and in a timely manner. The role is responsible for maintaining claim records, processing daily transactions, managing the claims inbox, preparing supplier debit notes, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of claim-related activity. A crucial part of the position involves monitoring and chasing unpaid amounts, as well as strengthening vendor relationships to support cash management and uphold strong financial controls within the business.
What you will be doing in this role
• Maintain accurate and up to date vendor claim records and processes
• Process vendor claim transactions promptly and accurately daily
• Manage and monitor the vendor claims email inbox
• Prepare supplier debit notes in line with agreed claim terms
• Chase outstanding and unpaid vendor claims
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure claim accuracy and timely submission
• Support cash management by improving vendor claim agreements and relationships
What you will bring to the role
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively prioritise work.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Good working knowledge of Office 365.
