About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and solving technical challenges?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT First Line Support to join our busy and supportive IT team. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the business, providing essential support and ensuring a seamless user experience.

What you will be doing in this role
• Manage and triage incoming support tickets and calls.
• Provide first-line fixes (e.g., password resets, common issue resolution, FAQs).
• Ensure tickets are responded to within agreed SLAs.
• Assign tickets to the correct resolver group when further escalation is needed.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of user hardware for starters, leavers, and movers.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance our service delivery.
• Create self-help guides and user resources to support self service.
• Work closely with the IT Service Desk Team Lead and wider IT team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.


What you will bring to the role
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related applications
• A passion for solving IT queries.
• IT Support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Active listening and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work under your own initiative.
• Proven track record of delivering great customer service.
• Team-focused attitude.
