About the Role
We’re looking for a confident HR Administrator to join our HR team and play a key role in delivering an efficient and high quality service across the employee lifecycle.
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for day to day HR queries, supporting the team across recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records, and HR systems. You’ll help ensure our processes run smoothly and that every colleague receives a professional and positive experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is ready to grow their skills in a supportive and fast paced HR environment.
What you will be doing in this role
• Maintain accurate employee records and process updates.
• Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
• Manage shared HR inboxes and respond professionally to queries.
• Ensure calls to the HR team are answered promptly.
• Post job adverts and coordinate recruitment admin.
• Support onboarding, inductions, and recruitment events.
• Manage task lists and support payroll processing (starters, leavers, absences, changes).
• Support benefit administration and record keeping.
• Maintain HR systems and support audits for data accuracy.
• Produce monthly HR reports when required.
