About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join a new and expanding technical team. The Technical Product Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the company's drone & UAV products and solutions. The successful candidate will be involved in working closely with customers, sales teams, and product development to ensure the successful deployment and operation of drone systems. The specialist will also play a key role in troubleshooting, training, and communicating technical details to Internal and external customers.
What you will be doing in this role
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams regarding the company’s drone and UAV products and solutions.
• Work with Service, Vendors, and technical teams to address any issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, offering timely resolutions including minor repairs in the field, for example - DJI Dock 2
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s drone and UAV products, including features, specifications, and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in drone technology and industry regulations.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and support guides.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.
• Provide technical input for marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, and case studies.
• Participate in product testing and validation processes to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Create educational content such as webinars, tutorials, and technical blogs.
