About the Role
Are you a dynamic relationship-builder with a passion for live events and customer service?
We are looking for an individual to join our Rental Team as a Senior Rental Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, lead by example, and drive growth in the live events industry.
In this role, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving sales results. You’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring that our customers have access to the most advanced video technology available.
What you will be doing in this role
• Cultivate strong strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and reseller partners
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
• Present compelling business proposals and market insights
• Defend against competitive activity and maximise customer retention
• Manage pricing, rental stock, and incoming enquiries
• Influence and negotiate to close rental sales orders
• Support marketing campaigns and team initiatives
• Represent PSCo technologies with confidence and clarity
What you will bring to the role
• Proven experience in account management and customer engagement
• Strong knowledge of rental products and vendor landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A proactive mindset with a focus on results and planning
