About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, sales conscious professional to join our Managed Accounts – SME team as an Assistant Account Manager. The new Assistant Account Manager will be working closely with our Account Managers and external customers to provide vital support in order to develop and close business opportunities, as well as providing a seamless customer experience.

What you will be doing in this role

• Assisting Account Managers and external Account Directors.
• Incoming customer enquiry management (phone and email).
• Assisting with the management of customer issues.
• Pricing and stock management, driven by Account Manager and external Account Director
• guidance.
• Updating CORE and other Midwich CRM systems.
• Action daily reports - allocated not picked / back orders.
• Take ownership of specific customer relationships.
• General administrational duties.
• Being proactive.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Occasional order processing.
• Assuming full Account Manager duties during short-term periods of absence.
• Ad hoc projects as and when required.

What you will bring to the role

• Office / Administration experience.
• Great working knowledge of Office 365.
• Customer service experience.
• Relationship building, including engagement and management.
• Excellent planning and organisation.
