Please contact Midwich After Care Excellence Team (ACE) who will take the details and contact the manufacturer on your behalf, we are unable to raise a return or offer a credit/replacement until all information has been supplied to Analog Way

Please complete the support form on http://www.analogway.com/en/support/technical-support/ or telephone 0033 1 64471603. You will need the following information to hand

* Customer Name
* Email Address
* Product Model Number
* Serial Number
* Details of the fault

Goods must be returned in the original carton with the internal packaging supplied by the manufacturer. The RMA must be clearly noted on the paperwork prior to returning the goods.

Once goods are repaired or replaced the Warranty period will continue to run until it expires for the defective unit or for 3 months after the repair / replacement, whichever is longer.
