    Subject to conditions, this may be possible.  All agreed returns for this reason are subject to 15% restocking fee.

    Deliveries may be made up to 6pm so we regret we are unable to provide ETAs until after 2pm on the day of delivery.

    Hard copy proof of delivery is available two days after the expected delivery date.

    A credit note would normally be generated within 2 days, of receipt of the returned goods, subject to conditions.

    The returns policies vary dependent on manufacturer, please refer to our manufacturers guide in the first instance for guidance. Alternatively please contact our AfterCare Excellence (ACE) team who will be happy to help on 01379 649333 or email ace@midwich.com quoting your invoice number and the serial number of the defective device.

    Your goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity subject to stock availability and payment status. In the majority of cases, orders are dispatched on the day that you place your order unless you specify otherwise.

    Our warehouse is located in Dudley in the West Midlands and provides a collection service from 10am.

    Please call our Customer Services team on (01379) 649333 for a location map and to make arrangements to have your goods ready when you arrive.

  • Answer:

    Yes. In fact a high percentage of our deliveries go direct to our customers' clients.

    Normally delivery will be made on the next working day following your order, but time permitting we can arrange same day, timed and Saturday deliveries.

    Please ask you sales contact to quote you for specific delivery methods.

    If you wish, delivery paperwork can be printed without mention of Midwich. If you are interested in this service then just ask your sales contact when you are ordering.

    We can also personalise our delivery notes with your company logo so only your branding is seen by your customers. We need a copy of your logo in a suitable format to provide this service, and a little time to draft and agree the styling with you, so please allow for this. Once again ask your sales contact about this feature of our service.

  • Answer:

    You can order online using credit/debit cards or a credit account if you have one, and have registered for online ordering.

    You can pay off your credit account using cheque, debit or credit card, BACS or cash paid into Barclays bank.

    Cheques paid in to Barclays bank or posted to Midwich take 7 days to clear. With special clearance a cheque paid in to Barclays bank should clear after 2 days.

    Some methods may be subject to a charge.

    You can either use our online credit application form or call our sales team on 01379 649200 and request a credit application form.

    Subject to status we can often provide up to £5000 credit the same day.

    Our sales and credit teams are manned until 6pm, Monday to Friday.

    We are able (subject to stock availability and credit status) to despatch the orders that you place with us up until this time for delivery on the next working day.

    Midwich can offer a host of services and support mechanisms to help develop your business further and provide comprehensive business solutions. From tracking your order, dealing with returns, marketing support, credit information and sale support, Midwich has a trained staff ready to help.     In addition to the online marketing support, we can also deliver additional support using our Marketing Inspire service. This service offers rebranded printed or digital guides for your business to use with customers. For more information click here.

    A: If you want to register for midwich.com you will need to follow these simple steps...

    1. Click here to take you to the registration page.
    2. You will next need to read through and accept the Terms and Conditions
    3. You will then be asked if your company has an account with midwich, if yes input your account number into the provided space, if no then please select the relevant option. 
    4. Next you will need to fill in the application, these vary slightly depending if you have an account with us or not.
    5. After you have completed the applicaiton click submit. A member of our web team will then check all of your details are correct and activate your registration; this process can take up to 48hrs.
    6. Once you have been activated by our web team you will receive an email confirming this within minutes. You are then ready to log in and check trade prices, stock levels, order goods and many other benefits!
  • Answer:

    If you can not remember your password to the Midwich website you will need to go to here. On this page you will be asked for your username and account number, fill these in and click submit. You will then be sent a link to reset your password.

    If you can not remember your username and account number along with your password you will need to call our web department on 01379 649250 who will be able to assist you.

    Midwich can offer a range of services to assist you in adding product information and images to your company website. As part of our Electronic Integration Service we can offer a data feed to your website, allowing your website to replicate the images and products available from Midwich to your customers, all hosted via your website.

    Implementing a data feed, EDI trading and setting up a website is not simple and you may need to obtain skilled assistance from your web developer.

    We do have a lot of free code to integrate data, images and manage your orders, along with documentation to help you find out about our services and how they can be used.

  • Answer:

    A data feed is a service that we offer to our customers. The service provides you with product, price and stock information With this information you could populate your webstite, use as a price sheet and integrate with your ERP solution. You can also set up the data feed to see our obsolete parts and see our Accessories and Consumables.

    You choose how often you receive updates for your feed and can choose which manufacturers, technologies and pieces of information you would like to receive from us including RRP, Free stock and much more.

  • Answer:

    You can build a quote by adding items to your basket in the usual way. When all you items are in the basket, you can click on the 'Save as quote' button.

    When the quote is saved you can then email it to your customer or convert the quote back to your basket so that you can buy it.
